The 5-in-1 mandoline with julienne and grating blades is useful every day without cluttering the kitchen. On the same stand, you can change the blade depending on the recipe: slices of potato or cucumber, 2 mm julienne for finely grated carrots, 3 mm julienne for zucchini spaghetti, and grating for ginger and garlic.
